FlyerOwed

Terms of use

Last updated: 3 November 2026

1. What this service is

FlyerOwed (a trading name of Northfields Enterprise Limited, company number 07693254) is a self-help tool. It checks whether a delayed, cancelled or overbooked flight is likely or possibly covered by UK or EU passenger rights rules (UK261 / EU261), and can produce a claim letter for you to check, edit and send to the airline yourself.

2. Not legal advice, not a claims company

This is not legal advice. We are not a law firm, solicitors, or a claims management company. We don't contact airlines for you, act on your behalf, or take any share of your compensation. Results are produced automatically from the information you give and may be wrong if that information is incomplete. We don't guarantee that any airline will pay. You are responsible for checking your letter is accurate and true before sending it, and for meeting time limits. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any airline.

3. Price and payment

The check is free. A claim letter costs one flat fee per booking, not per passenger: £9.99, €11.99 or $14.99 depending on your currency, including any VAT or sales tax, paid securely via Stripe, which processes the payment as the seller of record; your card statement will show the payment from Stripe. We only offer the letter when the check finds compensation likely or possible. Free information for flights that aren't covered (including US domestic flights) is never charged for.

4. Refunds and your right to cancel

The letter is digital content supplied immediately after payment. By paying, you ask us to supply it straight away and accept that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once the letter has been generated. If something goes wrong and you don't receive your letter, email ukpcn999@gmail.com and we'll put it right or refund you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

5. Fair use

Free checks and document reading are limited per visitor to keep the service running. Don't misuse the service, upload other people's documents without permission, or use it to make false claims.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring proceedings in your local courts.
