The short version

Who we are

FlyerOwed is a trading name of Northfields Enterprise Limited (company number 07693254) (“we”). We are the data controller for this website. Contact: ukpcn999@gmail.com.

What happens to your information

Your answers. Your flight details are checked on our server against our rules and then discarded. We return a signed copy to your browser so the payment and letter steps can trust it without us storing anything.

Uploaded emails or documents (optional). If you upload or paste an airline email, it is sent to Anthropic (our AI provider, which makes the Claude AI model) to read the flight details. We don't save it. Anthropic processes it on our behalf and may keep API data for a limited period for safety and abuse monitoring under its commercial terms; it does not use it to train its models. Please remove anything you don't want to share, such as payment details.

Your letter. If you buy a letter, your flight details are sent to Anthropic to write it. We don't ask for your name or address; the letter uses placeholders that you fill in yourself. The letter is kept only in your own browser tab (“session storage”) and is deleted when you close it.

Payments. Stripe processes your payment and collects what it needs (such as card details and email for your receipt). See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. We attach only an anonymous reference to the payment so it can't be reused for unlimited letters. No flight details are attached.

Technical data. Our hosting provider (Vercel) handles your IP address to deliver the site. We use it briefly in memory to limit how many free checks can be run, and Vercel tells us your country so we can show prices in your currency. Our hosting provider may keep short-lived server logs.

Visitor statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you or track you across other websites.

International transfers

Our hosting, AI and payment providers may process data outside the UK and EU, including in the United States, under appropriate safeguards.

Legal basis

We process your information to provide the service you request (contract), and to keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you have rights to access, correct and delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Because we don't keep your data, there is usually nothing for us to retrieve, but please contact us at ukpcn999@gmail.com with any request. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
